When you reset the router, I have high upload speeds and download speeds with fiber Internet after about 30 minutes. My upload speeds are low, and my download speeds remain high. Replace an old Orbi 550 it was starting to act up. The speeds were always high on both consistently this new one I cannot get the upload speeds up after 30 minutes.IMG_2161.pngIMG_2159.png

What new router model do you have? What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Speed testing with wireless or ethernet? Ethernet is preferred.

Speed testing with ethernet PC connected directly to the back of the ISP ONT to compare results?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

What mobile devices are you using?
