Finally doing my switchover from Orbi 853s. I plan on using the same SSID Names and IP range, so existing items just connect.
I plan on following the system setup guides, but are there other things to consider for a clean setup?
Like...
Set up the router and both Sats then do the firmware upgrade.
Place SATs in the desired location.
Setup IP range and SSID network names
Reboot and bring house devices into Groups.
Any Suggestions on the sequence of steps? Routier settings? Best channel? 48? Auto?
Setup issues to avoid?

I recommend this which is what I do when switching Orbi systems into place of the existing system:
Setup the incoming orbi system off line or online and get it updated first, You'll need to or it will auto change it's IP address if you connect it to the existing system or change the RBRs IP address to 192.168.0.1. Then connect behing your existing system. Get the system FW updated. The RBS first if you manually update then the RBR.
After the system FW is updated, disconnect the RBR from the host router. Can change the IP address back to default 192.168.1.1.
Then setup the same SSID name and PW and any channelization you use on the out going RBR on the incoming RBR.
Once the system is set up and running, power the incoming RBS and RBR off.
Turn OFF all out going RBS.
Take the incoming RBR and put it over next to the out going RBR. Power ON the incoming RBR. Leave the outgoing RBR ON.
Either reboot the ISP Modem from it's web page or pull the power cord from the modem for 30 seconds then plug back in. Right after the modem starts to reboot or plug back in of the modems power adapter, unplug the cable going from the modem to the out going RBR and plug it into the incoming RBR.
Take all other LAN cables from the out going RBR and plug them into the incoming RBRs LAN Ports.
The incoming RBRs front LED should be blinking WHITE by now. If you have a wired PC you could connect to the incoming RBRs web page to check internet status. After modem reboots and comes to ready, the front LED on the incoming RBR should turn OFF and the RBRs web page should report GOOD status for internet.
At this point turn OFF the outgoing RBR. All wifi devices should auto connect and migrate to the incoming RBRs SSID name.
Check devices and internet access at this point to make sure things are working good. IF all good here, place and turn on the incoming RBS.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
