Feature request to add advanced fan settings for M4250-40G8XF-PoE+ switch

Fan settings on M4250-40G8XF-PoE+ switch only include 'Quiet' or 'Cool' modes. Can there be an option to control each fan speed instead of it adjusting automatically?

'Cool' mode is too loud and 'Quiet' mode automatically adjusts the fan speeds based on current temperature. I would like to set the fans to a specific speed.
