M4350-24X8F8V - SFP not working on port 29-32
Hi,
i have a strange problem (for me) with two M4350-24X8F8V Switches. Both are uplinked with a LAG with two 25G SFPs on Port 39&40. Client devices are running fine on copper ports and SFP AGM731 1G Modules on port 25-28.
The same SFPs are mounted in both switches on port 29-32. Connection is display by led, but no traffic is going through this ports. If I swap a device connected to SFP on Port 29 to 25, it starts working directly. Back to 29, it stops. No longer reachable.
We can reproduce this behavior on both switches.
Any great ideas to get those ports working?
Thanks in advance
Torsten

Hi @tko217 ,
Sorry about this issue. Please email ProAVDesign@netgear.com, one System Engineer will help you today.
On the 10G/25G M4350 series switches, we are aware of the 1G auto-neg issue, due to a 100G SERDES behind not supporting AN. We are going to update the datasheet ASAP - our ProAV Design SE will try to find a solution with you, moving your 1G transceivers to ports supporting it (on the left, not on the right).
