same issue with my company Mobile Accessories Wholesale UK. some employees want to work at home and some coming to office. there are serval reasons like transport and lockdown issue etc.then we decide to note thier time on flexy and and want employees to complete their working hours. so employees are agree and our work doing well.
This is very helpful for me. I follow it to manage my local business.
