Mac OS X 10.14 ReadyCLOUD Client v1.6 VPN disconnected
I manage two ReadyNAS 314 units, RN314 ben at a community organization I support and RN314 vita at home
Both units can be accessed remotely via ReadyCLOUD Client v 1.16 from a HP Spectre 360 running Windows 10.
Neither unit can be accessed remotely via ReadyCLOUD Desktop App v 1.6 from a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.14
Each unit is administed via a different MyNETGEAR Account. Both units can be accessed via the ReadyCLOUD sign in page. When on the same LAN, both units can be accessed locally from Mac or Windows via ReadyCLOUD Client apps or via OS Network connectivity. The admin page displays the status of the units as follows:
RN314 ben

RN314 vita

In an effort to restore VPN connectivity via the MacBook, the following suggested solution on a ReadyNAS support forum has been tried:
• Manually uninstall the ReadyCLOUD app and associated files in the user Library.
• Restart the machine.
• Download a fresh installer from the ReadyCLOUD portal and reinstall the app. Attempt to log on remotely.
• Result: Online (VPN disconnected)
Any help with resolving this issue will be gratefully appreciated
