Netgear ReadyNAS RND2000 v2 ReadyCloud Issue
Hi,
I am trying to setup my ReadyNAS RND2000 v2 but the ReadyCloud will not detect it in my network. It shows up on my attached devices on my network and I can also connect to it through Windows Explorer. So I can add files to it and view them with any device in my house. But I cannot use ReadyCloud as it will not detect my NAS. Therefore, I cannot add the addons I wish to add. Does anyone know about the issue I am having and could you please help me find a solution.
The attached image shows me accessing my NAS through the "add a network location" feature on Windows. I can also access the admin page of the ReadyNAS and I have configured it. But I cannot find anything relating to the ReadyCloud on the admin page. Am I doing something wrong here, if so could someone help guide me.

Welcome to the Community!
ReadyNAS Duo v2 does not have the ReadyCLOUD feature because that feature is only for OS6 NAS units.
As an alternative, you can setup a VPN so you can access your NAS remotely. Other users have also suggested OwnCLOUD as an alternative. You may get it for a small price here
