ReadyCLOUD app on Mac - Online (VPN Disconnected)
I'm unable to access the shares on our ReadyNAS via the ReadyCLOUD app from outside the office LAN, but only when using a Mac. When I try it on a Windows PC, I have no issues. But when I (or anyone else in the company) uses a Mac with the ReadyCLOUD app, it shows as "Online (VPN Disconnected)" and we can't access the shares.
I've rebooted the ReadyNAS and updated to the latest firmware - 6.10.2
Any ideas on what I can try to get this working correctly?

Are you using standard account of MacOSX?what is your MacOSX version?

I am logged in using an admin account in MacOSX 10.13.3 (High Sierra)

Is It possible to try Mojave or Catalina on your Mac device?I have a Macmini which encountered the same issue in High Sierra but after I updated it to Mojave the VPN disconnected issue is gone.
