Unable to switch on readycloud
I am unable to switch on readycloud.
When I try to connect get a message saying that the same user is already registered locally
Tried to remove local account but get a message saying that it shall be done on readycloud.netgear.com.
On readycoud netgear.com I am unable to delete anything and Nas is not discovered.
Thanks in advance for help

Hello matmar,
It does appear that you would like to delete a specific user but there is no option on the readycloud page. To delete a user please go here and login as the user, once login you will have an option to delete the profile of the user currently login.

Hello matmar,
Is it just ReadyCloud that you cannot enable your cannot enable any services at all from the admin page of the NAS? Can you download the logs and of the NAS and kindly paste the logs under volumes especially the one's under df -h.
