Finder crashes when trying to access content
Readynas DUO
RAIDiator Version: RAIDiator 4.1.10 [1.00a043]
RAID Info: ReadyNAS Duo [X-RAID]
Hard Disk Brand, Model & Capacity: WDC WD10EAVS-00D7B0 1TB and WDC WD10EARX-00PASB0 1TB
Network Router/Switch Info: Apple Airport extreme base station V 7.6.3
My readynas Duo has been working flawless for years but just recently I can´t access the content that I have. As I open the NAS trough finder (Booth CIFS and AFP) I manage to get to the basic structure (Admin, backup, homes, media). But when I try to open any folder Finder will go blank for a moment and then crash. I can access the folders from m iPhone and iPhone but not trough the macbook pros (Have 2 with the same issue). I am lost and have no idea what to do.. Please help.

- de_niroGuideIs there any difference between wire and wireless connection on your Mac?
- sebbeleeAspirantHi! Thanks for answering! Not really, the only difference is that finder crashes much faster. I can open the NAS and see the main folders, if I try to open one finder crashes or if I just keep it open it crashes.
- chirpaLuminaryWonder if it is .DS_Store file related.
Are you experienced with using the Terminal? To navigate to the /Volumes/x path for the NAS, and find hidden files (.DS_Store) and remove them?
Also, wonder if changing this would affect your issue: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1629 It won't create the files, but if they are already there, the crash may continue. - sebbeleeAspirantNot experienced in using Terminal I´m afraid... I tried to using some MS dos commands I remember since long ago but didn´t work :S
I followed the link to Apple support page and executed the command in the terminal and logged off and on but with no affect.
