Inpossible to disable protocols
Hi all, i have a ReadyNas DUO, radiator is update at latest version 4.18.
When i try to desable AFP or HTTP from the standar protocol avaible, an error appear like this (trad from italian):"Can't find the address masquered in DNS. Verify if at the value is asociate a DNS voice, or insert a numeric ip address".
If i recharge de page protocols are still checked ad active.
In the setup page i have indicated that my DNS is my modem/router ip and i have no problem in name resolving in general.
Someone have an idea?
tnx

- Try to perform an OS re-install. Please follow the steps from the link below:
http://www.readynas.com/?page_id=5029
Note: Please make sure NOT to hold down the reset button for more than 20 seconds, do NOT wait for the second blink of the hard drive lights as it will restore the NAS to factory defaults and will format the hard drives.
1. Power down the ReadyNAS.
2. Locate the reset pinhole. The pinhole is next to the USB port in the back.
3. Get a straightened paper clip and depress the hidden switch in the pinhole while the power is off, and then power on the ReadyNAS, keeping the switch depressed for about 5 secs.
4. You will see the drive LEDs in the front blink once. Release the switch at immediately. Do not wait for the 2nd blink which will cause the ReadyNAS to reset itself to factory default and wiping out your data. If you see the LED flash a 2nd time, turn off the power immediately from the back.
