Hey Brian,
I've since (kinda) solved the problem. With ADSL speeds, it was unable to finish the backup in a decent amount of time. Therefore, I removed some large .PST files that were causing the timeout and the backup is completing without any issues.

That's great news! I wouldn't think of any configuration problem between your Cloud server and the device's FTP feature. Again, thanks for updating the thread.
