UK promotion - Claimed free disk but no response so far

I have been waiting since 9/Sep, or 7 weeks, so basically double what the offer said. About 1000 units works out to be sending 1 unit every 15 minutes on average. And I'm sure some people have waited longer than me. This is starting to turn in to an unreasonable delay. It's like the Hoover free flights offer some years back. Hoover were totally surprised by the uptake!

I know it's not your fault. However, if at all possible, can we get an ETA? Alternatively, can this be handled bthrough distribution, i.e. have my supplier fulfill this request?
