Just replaced my Cisco wireless router with a NETGEAR AC 1200 Model R6120. Got the 6120 up and running for internet access, but the TV says the router is out of range and cannot be accessed. Current router is in exact same place as old router.

Hi @garyalan59,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are your other devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop) able to connect to the router at the distance where the Amazon Fire TV is located?
3. Is the Amazon Fire TV able to detect other wireless networks?
4. Have you tried changing the wireless channel?
Regards,
Dexter
