Cannot Access Admin Login Page of C6300 Router

I have an old AC1750 Wifi Cable Modem Router (C6300) which I haven't used for 2 years after switching from Spectrum to Verizon Fios.  But now my Fios contract has already ended and I was thinking of going back to Spectrum.  I wanted to check if my old router is still usable.  So I tried powering up my C6300 router, connected my laptop to the router, and then tried accesing the router admin page from my browser using http://routerlogin.net or 192.168.0.1 but could not access it and getting the error below.  Is there a way to access my router admin page without an internet?

Ok I found the solution from below thread.  It is basically a Chrome browser issue.  I tried Internet Explorer and it is working fine.
