Cant register product (AC1200-R6220) WiFi router)

Hello!
I´ve tried to register my new router (AC1200), but get a "This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative"
Other products i bought went fine to register here.
It would be nice if someone from Netgear, or anyone could solve this for me.
