Does the Orbi RBR50v2 have the old version of Circle?

Hello,

Does the Orbi RBR50v2 Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi Router have the old version (1st generation) of Circle? I see that that version will be discontinued on Dec 31st 2020 (in 4 weeks). If so, then should I not go to the trouble of setting it up since it will only work for 4 weeks? And if this is the case would my router be compatable with the new version Circle Home plus? I'd like to know today bc there is a $40 off black froday discount if purchased today.
