Netgear router compatible with Frontier Fios

Netgear router compatible with Frontier Fios
Hello I have actually a RAX70. I am trying to replace a Frontier Fios modem/router. I have hooked this netgear up and I can not seam to get wired internet service. All lights are white.

most of frontiers equiprment need a ONT/gateway device.
what are you connecting the rax to for the gateway?

What does that mean?
What doesn't get wired Internet access?
Do you get wifi Internet access on anything? If so, the problem is probably not with the router.
