So after performing many tests, I have come to the conclusion that our router favors wifi over LAN connection. I have run a speed test on my phone over wifi and I get a whopping 21mb down while on my computer that is connected via ethernet cable it gets 1mb down.
Is there any way to fix this problem???

Hi @Mitchdojo,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Please try using another Ethernet cable.
3. Please try using another port on the router.
4. Please check the LAN port status under Advanced > Advanced Home > Internet port box > Show statistics.
5. Does the issue persist on your other wired devices?
6. You can try changing the duplex of the LAN adapter of the computer.
