My router disconnected all of our devices one day. I tried the reset option on the backing the unit even unplugged and plugged back in and nothing happens. When I went to trouble shoot, I got the message "Local Area Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. The only thing that lights up is the orange power led on the front of the unit. I reconnected our old netgear router and it worked fine. I need the 6250 because it is a dual channel and we have multiple devices. Am I going to have to buy another router?

Hi @BA_MR-T,
1. Try pinging the router.
2. You can also try doing TFTP. Ceck the link below for the steps.
