Is the

TP-Link - Archer AX6000 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router - Black

a better choice?  Is it hard to setup/maintain?  Need reliable WIFI.

The CM1200 is a solid choice in modem. I've used tplink devices before but none recent. You're going to see more people with netgears on here than tp-link .Which is why i directed you to the tp-link forum for questions about how well their devices work
