WN2500RP
I have some questions to ask about my product:
Netgear WN2500RP WiFi Range Extender
SERIAL #: 46T1647AA02D3 / MAC: B07FB983E9A1
1. What is my product's IP Address
2. Using the NETGEAR Genie software for my product: How do I login to the router's settings ?
and
3. For setting up my product, do I use the NETGEAR Genie software on my computing device running Windows 10 Pro. 64 bit, Windows Updates ver.: 21H2, ?

It is unwise to post those details in a public forum.

Which IP address? On your network or on the Internet?
The WN2500RP is a slightly ancient (2012) WiFi Range Extender. It doesn't have its own built-in IP address. It usually gets one from your router.

Those questions are best answered by reading the manual.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.
Check the section in the manual Use NETGEAR Genie to Set Up the Extender.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
WiFi Range Extenders & Nighthawk Mesh - NETGEAR Communities
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
