1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What is your subscription speed from your ISP?
3. What speed are you getting when connected straight to the ISP's modem?
4. What speed are you getting when wired to the router?
5. Have you tried resetting the router?
6. Have you tried changing the wireless channel?
