Hello,
THis is in regards to Netgear C3000 wireless modem
I have had slow connectivity for couple days through comcast. I am wondering if it has to do with channel bonding. I checked wires, did a reboot, did a factory reset. When I looked at settings I noticed only one channel was locked is there a fix to this or what would my next step be before I go towards troubleshooting cable and possibly having to have a comcast tech come out.
Thank you for your help.
below are my current data

-22.9 is a problem, I would suspect water in a splitter or connector on the outside or a bad house amp. You need to call Comcast for a service call.

Re: channel bonding c3000
Call before it goes out completely and they tell you the earliest app is 3 days out. The test results don't mean squat they are a snapshot in time nothing else.
The signal levels show a problem deal with the problem.

Re: channel bonding c3000
comcst contractor came today. I found out they were here working on someone else last week and whatever they did to fix other apartment messed everyone else up. He said someone is comeing withing 48 hours to fix the main line coming in. Anyways all I can do is show this pic this is how the last tech left box on my apartment building one week ago. I have no idea what this is but he said it was messed up. This pic is how last tech left box....
So you were right to call comcast fast.
Thanks For help
