Hi I am usng jnr1010v2 router and myFirmware VersionV1.1.0.32_1.0.1, and i am sung winows 10
i installed genie app in my android mobile and desktop also. I saw an youtube video toping an unwanted user simply by touching the network map tab and selecting the unwanted user.
I tried to stop an unwanted user from my genies app (using network map tab) but i am unable to do that. I want to know why.
how to stop an unwanted user.

Already mentioned. Change your wireless passphrase. Sounds like your wireless has wide open door for intruders.

Disable your radio for a moment, make nececssary changes, the enable the radio, he sould be gone then.
