I have a Stora I have not used for a few years and when I tried to reset it, I get a messsage to renew the product key. I do not remember the name I gave it. Any ideas? Customer support has not contaacted me. Thanks
It took many attempts to FINALLY get a new product key. I don't think the first few people I talked to had any idea what I was talking about. They kept elevating it up to the "next level."
I completed a not so good survey and two days later, a new product key was provided. Call them and leave web messages with customer support. One call lasted 40 minutes so be prepared. It took almost two weeks for them to deliever.
The guy below was the one who finally came through. Find him and you'll get your key...hopefully.
