I've sent you PM how to recover firmware (kernel + OS partition). Based on given signs, I think that your NAND Flash chip is having issues with too much bad cells, so probably there should be no high hopes kept about recovery. Try to keep log file from recovery process and send it to me via PM for further investigation.
