Can't see Stora on PC but works over dnla

Please help
For no apparent reason none of my pc's can access the Stora, no changes were made.
My ps3 sees the Stora over dnla fine so whats the issue with pc's
I have tried the master reset and tried the "Administrator Account Creation"
but I am getting the message,
"your account cannot be created, try again in a few moments"

Any ideas?

If your ps3 can see the stora then it must be working ok, so the problem may lie with your pc's

You say that you done the master reset. This one?

If yes, then you re-entered your details, stora name, user name and password? This user should be your admin login.

Also, can you see the stora in your network places on your pc's? Is your stora in the right working group? (WEB UI>Preferences>Network)

Can you put the ip address of the stora into explorer and see the stora app?

I used the other reset, this one worked.
