Hello, my admin password stopped working on Netgear Stora (MS2110). I followed instructions on how to reset it. On opening Stora application (Stora Agent version 1.4.4.159) and continuing with choosing a new password, I got error message: "Page 3 of the reset wizard does not exist". Ten years of family photos are stored on it. I appreciate all the help I can get.
Open Stora desktop utils, go on Reset tools, write down Stora name from white listing field. Pull the HDDs and reflash it. Then re-register it with product key from sticket on bottom of unit and stora name which you written down previously.
