Reset - Now wants to wipe my drives
I have a Stora MS200 with 2, 1TB drives that were set up for mirroring or being duplicate. I have not used Stora in awhile, and have converted to MAC's.
I reset the unit in hopes of changing name, etc. I could not change name.
Now that I have done that, it is asking me to wipe the drives and re-set it up.
Please do not tell me I have lost all the data on the drives.
Help

Re: Reset - Now wants to wipe my drives
If you're trying to setup your stora after a reset/reflash and it's trying to reconfigure (format) your drives, you can email us at support@axentra.com . We'll do our best to reconfigure the disks without data loss.
Often this can happen because one disk has failed, became corrupt, or they fell out of sync due to a HW issue (or even power outage). We'll try to help! 🙂
Cheers,
Roby!
