Stora wont boot with drives inserted

Hi Guy's,

I have an issue with my stora after a restart. If I boot the device with the drives in (1TB + 2TB) the power and HDD lights flash constantly and the device dose not boot. After I remove the drives and follow the process here http://forum1.netgear.com/showthread.php?t=55225 the system comes back and i can access it, however once the drives are put back in it wont boot. If i put in the drives with the unit powered on it wont see them, under disk management it says Status: inactive and below that "there will be no media storage until you complete the configuration".

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with an MS2110, the disk failed and even though i bought a disk on the netgear approved list the Stora wont boot with the disk in and the power and hard disk light flash constantly..:confused:

I've just bought a Stora and I have the same problem.
The disk activity light is constantly flashing and the disk is constantly spinning.

I get the "There will be no media storage until you complete the configuration"

What does that mean? What steps do I need to take?
