A6100 keeps losing connection

I'm fed up with my A6100 losing connection. I reinstalled my good old WMP54G until I purchase a replacement. I also own a Netgear EX6200 (which works great) located no more than 8 feet away from the A6100. Needless to say that I am not satisfied with the A6100 and wish to have a refund.
What are the steps? If you provide me with a phone number, please consider that I'm French.

Hi Lyverbe,
You can ask refund from the store where you purchase it as NETGEAR does not offer refund.

Again, I specify that I would like a refund, not a replacement.

Re: A6100 keeps losing connection
I've exceeded the 30 days store return policy so I can't return it there.
Thanks for the link. Adios NetGear.
