I brought my parent's old computer over to their new house and am trying to connect it to their wireless connection. Their computer is an old Dell with Vista OS. I plugged in the A6210 adaptor but no software to be found. I downloaded the
A6210 Software Version 1.0.0.39 onto a USB drive but when plugged into the old computer, it isn't showing up in the files on it to download it. Suggestions?

Doesn't sound like this has anything to do with Netgear.
If a file isn't visible on your USB drive either it isn't there or there is something wrong with the PC that you are using to read the USB drive. Or you are looking on the wrong place.
