AC1200 can't see any networks

AC1200 can't see any networks
Windows 7. New AC1200. Did the standard installation, also tried just installing the standalone driver (after uninstalling). Same result: Wireless adaptor claims to have correct drivers, but can see no networks.
Windows Diagnostics, give this error:
