What wireless adapter should I use to be able to take advantage of the Nighthawk X10 802.11ad technology on a home wifi system Win 8.1and win 7 both 64 bit plus a wired systen linux ubuntu and linux mint both 64 bit. An Apple Ipad and a Playstation 4 are also integrated into the system. I'm in Australia.

AFAICT, there is no 802.11ad adapter publicly available. Stick to 802.11ac adapters. They should more than meet your needs.
