Connects with 802.11n not 802.11ac
I am using a Netgear R6200 router with an A6200 usb adapter on Windows 8 64-bit in the 5GHz band, and it connects using 802.11n. I cannot find any options for using 802.11ac and in the A6200 WiFi Adapter properties I don't even see a reference to 802.11ac.
Does anyone know what I setting I need to change to get 802.11ac?

802.11ac only works on 5Ghz
Make sure you are connected on 5Ghz only

Did you test at closer range if it is connected at 5Ghz?

Re: Connects with 802.11n not 802.11ac
I don't have another Win 8 machine to test on. I also looked at the suggested thread and the Enable WMM is checked. Is there a way to turn off 802.11n?...or only allow 802.11ac connections?

Re: Connects with 802.11n not 802.11ac
All protocol is supported 802.11ac
A/N/AC
You can not change just to accept 802.11AC only
