Failure to Connect (Windows 10)

So using USB tethering I was able to download and install the driver and the NETGEAR genie program for my computer (no CD drive) and everything seemed to be working perfectly, until I tried to connect to my WiFi network. Whether it was through entering the passcode or using "Push n' Connect," the connection attempt failed.

I'd also like to note that the adapter can connect to my mobile hotspot but not to my Belkin router.

 

'Works with Any WiFi Router"... sure.

 

The router works fine for all other devices.
