unit shutting off
AXE3000 is disconnecting randomly.Have killed all USB power management and USP suspend settings.Still happening Windows 11 desktop,fully updated..

Have tried all 4 front USB 3.0 ports on 2 different computers. Have Logitech keyboard and mouse adapters as well. Plugged Nether directly into port rather than cradle and it was doing better but just disconnected again 30 minutes ago. Desktop makes same sound as when a device is added to USB, then reconnects after about a minute.

No, but thank you for that. As I understand it the A8000 driver is MediaTek not RealTek but it might be applicable.
