GS105v5 Connectivity to internet router failing intermittently

My unmanaged switch appears to be failing.  I've started having intermittent loss of connectivity to ATT Fiber internet through its gateway.  I've checked with ATT and they say the gateway is getting full speed up and down and shows no losses of connection when I've not been able to connect with my desktop via ethernet or through Google Mesh WiFi.

Is there a firmware update I need to install?  Is there a way to test and disgnose any issues?  Will a simple reboot fix?  Help please.

I don't believe there are FW updates for unmanaged switches. They fail due to going bad, faulty or possible bad power adatper or bad cabling.

    Swap cabling. CAT6 is recommended.

Try a different power adapter with same power specs.

Remove the GS switch and go directly to the host router with your devices and compare.
