Problems with integrated Egnyte app after 6.6.1 upgrade
Since we upgraded from 6.6.0 to 6.6.1 we've had a lot of problems with the integrated Egnyte app "Storage Sync". Every day it loses the mappings of our Egnyte accounts to our Windows Domain accounts and all our users lose their permission to access the locally-synced copy of the cloud data. We have to repeatedly log on and run "refresh and auto-map users" - and that sometimes works, sometimes not.
Unusually, Egnyte support are really dragging their feet on a resolution for this, so two questions for the community:
1) Anyone else having problems?
2) Can we roll back to 6.6.0. (I've seen posts saying that because of the AV changes amongst others, this is not a good idea)
Thanks for reading.

Hi XtheUnknown,
Unfortunately we do not recommend rolling back.
Have you tried disabling the AV to see if it has any effects on the issue?
Regards,
The 6.7.0 FW is expected to be released and solve current FW issues!

Hi aalexandrebeta, let's hope so!

Hi FramerV,
No, as we'd like to keep the AV support on. I've seen reports elsewhere though that the new 6.6.1 AV engine is causing other problems so we can try that to see if it is a workaround.
I'd really expect that now, as Egnyte is integrated into the OS, that there would have been extensive testing before release to pick up any problems/conflicts...
