Quota system is incorrect.
I have a RN424 with two 4 terabyte drives. I've noticed that the way ReadyNAS OS 6.7.4 (and prior versions) calculate the available space for quotas is incorrect. The maximum size should be the space currently used by the share plus the available free space. What it currently does is just let you set the quota at the available free space, ignoring the space currently used by the share. In most use cases, this wouldn't be a problem, but where a user moves the files via the console (SSH), you could end up with a situation (as I did) where the space used exceeds the quota, and you can't set it any higher than the free space.
Has anyone else run into this problem? I was able to fix it by modifying the management database, but that seems like a cludgy, difficult fix for what appears to be a design error. I know that ssh access is "not supported," but this is not a device for novices.

I'll install it, but the release notes don't suggest that it addresses the quota system. Do you have information to the contrary?

Hi,
Yeah it seems some people have reported incorrect Share Consumed values (quota values) of late. Not sure if 6.7.5 addresses it, but I think NTGR is aware of it.
