RN102 power led keeps blinking after firmware update

Power led is blinking
Happened during firmware upgrade 6.4.0 to 6.4.2 (I'm not completely sure of the version numbers)
Done a USB recovery (to 6.4.2). It seems the recoery ended correctly (the system did shut down
Problem not resolved
Status on ReadyCloud: offline
In Windows explorer: files are visible but it is taking a long time. I could open some files.
Word document does not start in Word (same for pdf in reader)

I hope someone can help!

Do you recall which services you are running under System > Settings > Services ?

    Which apps are you running?

I have sent you a PM.

Can you download the logs using RAIDar and send those in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Try to install RAIDar on your PC, to confirm if it "sees" it.

Tbh, there is way too many people using USB Boot Recovery, this should a last resort in exceptional situations. It's really rare the flash gets corrupt.

In your situation, there is a good chance you updated from 6.2.x to 6.4.x, and the quotas check needs to complete (which is very long in non optimimum volume configurations). Did you update from a 6.2.x to a 6.4.x?

I upgraded to 6.4.0 and then was prompted to upgrade to 6.4.2. Somewhere along that proces something went wrong.

I've checked with RAIDar. It sees the NAS. Status was System startup and now it is "management service is offline". Firmware is 6.4.2 and both disks have a green check.

I can see files in explorer but it takes very long.
