It might be worth contacting support, even if the unit is out-of-warranty.

Something clearly wrong with the email management, since this is a public email address for customers to use. While that should be fixed, it would be ideal to connect Pix99 to the right folks in support for the service action.

Netgear does not perform any repairs. They can only replace a server to a new one. Unfortunately support team said that only the first owner has the warranty rights and can get a new server. All Netgear used servers will have no guarantee no matter how old they are.
Finally I can only through it to the bin. :(
