ReadNAS Duo v2 corrupt root
Netgear RaidDar report NAS Server is corrupt root.
So, i follow the instruction to do OS reinstall, but still shows corrupt root, i did OS reinstall for 2 times, but still same error.
Model is Ready/NAS Duo V2.
Name is nas-A0-3A-A7.
IP Address is: 192.168.1.82(E0:46:9A:A0:3A:A7)
when i 192.168.1.82/admin, it shows 192.168.1.82 refused to connect.
the 2 lights are all blue at front panel.
What is the solution here?

Your OS install changed the admin password to the default..... try the password's netgear1 or infrant1 or password, it has also changed your network settings to DHCP if that is of concern
I do not think a re-install will solve your problem though, a Factory Default will, but you will lose ALL YOUR DATA and settings

Many v1 owners mistakenly believe they have a v2. A v2 runs 5.3.x firmware, a v1 runs 4.1.x. Other differences are here: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
The Os reinstall instructions for the v2 are pages 16-17 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/ReadyNAS_Duov2_NV+v2_HW_en_23-Mar-12.pdf Note that at the end of step 4 you do need to release the reset button before you start step 5.
