Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting
Hello mc41,
Are you logging in via ReadyCloud portal? Please let us know the current firmware version.
Also, please see if you are using the same account that is shown as "signed in as" on the admin page's Cloud > ReadyCloud.

Look in the admin web ui and see if you see "internet available" with a green checkbox in front of it on the cloud page.

Did you set up a readycloud account on the portal? ReadyCloud accounts are managed by Netgear, and they all are in email-address format.

Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting
You might try adding 8.8.8.8 as a ReadyNAS DNS server. That's google's open DNS server.

Does the cloud page show a good internet connection?
If not, are you using a static IP address?

Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting
The internet connection is very good. I use a static IP.
It affects all Windows client. IOS Mobile Client works fine...

Perhaps you misunderstood. I wasn't asking if your internet connection itself was good. I was asking if the cloud page on the admin web ui showed a status of internet connected with a check mark in front of it.
The most common cause of your problem is a misconfigured static address. Leaving out the DNS service is very common, though that doesn't seem to be your problem. You might also add your ISPs DNS service(s) to the configuration on the NAS. A misconfigured subnet mask or gateway address can also cause your problem.
Also, what firmware is your NAS running?

Thanks.
So the ReadyNAS thinks it is connected to ReadyCloud. The next step is to see if ReadyCloud agrees. Log into the ReadyCloud web portal to see (don't use the client).

Re: ReadyCLOUD not connecting
If the web portal also connects to your NAS, then the problem has to be with the client software
Try them again first (since ReadyCloud does go down from time to time).

Maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling the windows client.

There are other options that you might find more reliable (or that you can use as backup methods).
If your company has a VPN deployed, you might be able to access the NAS directly when you are using their VPN.
Other alternatives include owncloud (you can get a good app for that from https://rnxtras.com/) and ZeroTier. There's a thread on ZeroTier here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/ZeroTier-and-the-ReadyNAS/m-p/1163028#M118703
