ReadyNAS-104, Shares not visible/disappeared in admin page, and not possible to connect to,

Running firmware 6.9.3,  Using X-Raid (RAID 5). Data 6,83 TB, Free 2,25 TB (25% free space), Total 9,08 TB.

Has been working quite stable for many years but suddenly I have lost all connection to the Shares on the NAS (not using LUN).

The Shares are not accesseble via SMB or FTP (have tried several computers and equal on all, => should not be a Windows problem), and they are not visible even on the Admin Page under Shares. The only Share that is visible is "Home Folders".

The data seems to be there as it reports the correct amount of data/free (see above) and I am also able to run a "Scrub data" (running right now at 37%, no errors reported, still have about 3 days to run...). Also no error reports in log file regarding error on disk or anything else.

Have also tried to create a "new" Share with a name equal to one of the old ones, Not possible as it report that the name is already used so to some part the shares do exists, they are "just not visible" anywhere.

Is anyone knowing anything about how to get the excisting Shares to become visible again ??

I need to make some backups before I can reset the NAS completly again...

THANKS in Advance.

/M

It might be best to use Netgear paid support for this (my.netgear.com).  Possibly your configuration files have become corrupted.  Netgear support is in the best position to sort out what's going on and restore them.

      Ok Thanks.

I have been waiting for the Scrub to finish, and now it is done, no error found so the data is there.

      I "just" cant access/see it.

But I suppose that I have to contact support regarding this isse.

      But thanks for your support.

I have the same readynas 104 and after upgrade to 6.9.3 all my shares are gone! except for the home folder. The space is still in use.

I am getting a little nervous right now. Please provide a solution!
