Open startup-config file

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have a GS748TS, but when I upload the config file, I get a .ber file, never heard of .ber before. I want to know if Netgear provide a .ber file reader ? I dont want to download the 1st one I find on google and notepadd cant read it.&nbsp;Thx ;)
