What NIC Teaming should I chose for a Netgear ProSAFE switch (GSS116E)

So my RN428 in the Netwirkin section has a link to https://kb.netgear.com/23076/What-are-bonded-adapters-and-how-do-they-work-with-my-ReadyNAS-OS-6-storage-system, which is not particularly helpful.

I have a Netgear ProSAFE 16-Port Click Switch (GSS116E). The GSS116E User Manual shows how to create a LAG, but what do I choose for the teaming mode. Ideally after fault tolerance and throughput.

What should I use?

IEEE 802.3ad LACP?

TIA

Your GSS116E only supports static LAGs, so LACP is not an option.

What you'd do instead is create a static LAG on the switch, and then configure the NAS to use round-robin.
