reset rndp6000
Hi all,
I have an old NAS ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition RNDP 6000 (but with label 6310) to repair.
I had a factory reset and when I start I only find the shared folder screen (empty) and the password change page.
I don't have any OS and I don't know how to proceed.
I also tried searching for boot recovery via USB, but the attempts failed on Win 10.
Suggestions?
thank you

- Do you know what firmware the NAS is running? It should be on the LCD screen
- Are you accessing the admin web ui using https://nas-ip-address/admin ?
- Is there a chance that the browser has saved your previous NAS admin password? If that is the case, try accessing the NAS using a private/incognito browser window
From your symptoms, it sounds like (2) is the most likely issue. 4.2.x firmware requires the /admin at the end of the URL. If you leave that out, it redirects to /shares. That only shows shares that have https enabled as a protocol, and none have that set by default. So after a factory reset, that list will be empty.
