reset rndp6000

Hi all,
I have an old NAS ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition RNDP 6000 (but with label 6310) to repair.

I had a factory reset and when I start I only find the shared folder screen (empty) and the password change page.

I don't have any OS and I don't know how to proceed.
I also tried searching for boot recovery via USB, but the attempts failed on Win 10.

Suggestions?
thank you

    1. Do you know what firmware the NAS is running?  It should be on the LCD screen
    2. Are you accessing the admin web ui using https://nas-ip-address/admin ?
    3. Is there a chance that the browser has saved your previous NAS admin password? If that is the case, try accessing the NAS using a private/incognito browser window

From your symptoms, it sounds like (2) is the most likely issue.  4.2.x firmware requires the /admin at the end of the URL.  If you leave that out, it redirects to /shares.  That only shows shares that have https enabled as a protocol, and none have that set by default.  So after a factory reset, that list will be empty.
