usb HDDs not detected on rear ports
running 6.5.1 firmware plugging in usb drives to front port works fine, plugging in to rear they are never detected. have tried 2 different seagate drives (externally powered) and a hitachi usb p...
What about on 6.5.2?
Does your USB disk have its own power supply?
I think the nas says firmware is up to date, will check when I am home.
The two seagate drives I have tried have external power supplies.
ReadyNAS OS 6.5.2 is now available!
It's available as a local update only at this time, but it should be avaialble on the update server soon.thanks
i'll re-test after 6.5.2 upgrade
